Preblocks Terms of Service

1. Definition of Service

The “Service” encompasses the Preblocks website (preblocks.com), all content, including but not limited to the collection of free and premium blocks, components, and templates (“Products”), and any related support or services provided by Preblocks.

2. User Obligations

By using the Service, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during registration and purchase.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account password.
Use the Products only in accordance with the License Agreement.
Not use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Preblocks website, including the design, text, graphics, and the Products themselves, are the property of Preblocks and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The purchase of a Product grants a license for use, not a transfer of ownership.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and Products are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Preblocks makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service or Products, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Preblocks does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

6. Governing Law

The formation, validity, construction, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of the Service Provider (where Preblocks is legally established), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
