Preblocks License Agreement

1. Grant of License

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Preblocks (“Licensor”) and the purchaser (“Licensee”) of Preblocks digital products, including blocks, components, and templates (the “Products”).

Free Blocks: Preblocks grants Licensee a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, and integrate the Free Products into any number of personal or commercial projects.

Premium Blocks and Templates: Upon a one-time purchase, Preblocks grants Licensee a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, and integrate the Premium Products into any number of personal or commercial projects.

2. Restrictions

Licensee may not directly or indirectly:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, lend, or transfer the Products (or any derivative work) as standalone files or as part of a competitive product.
• Offer the Products on an “as is” or “for download” basis to third parties.
• Use the Products to create a competing product (e.g., another blocks or template library).

3. Ownership

Preblocks retains all intellectual property rights in the Products. The license granted is only for the use of the Products; it does not constitute a transfer of ownership.
