1. General Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only in specific circumstances:
- Product Non-Functionality: If the Premium Product you purchased is fundamentally broken, contains major errors that prevent its core functionality, and we are unable to provide a fix or workaround within a reasonable timeframe after you report the issue.
- Misrepresentation: If the Product description on preblocks.com significantly misrepresented the features or nature of the purchased Product.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We generally do not issue refunds for:
- Change of mind or finding a similar product elsewhere.
- Lack of technical skill to implement or customize the Product.
- Compatibility issues with third-party software or themes not explicitly mentioned as supported.
- Failure to read the Product description or requirements.
- The Free Blocks (as they are provided without cost).
3. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted via email to contact@preblocks.com within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Your request must include:
- Your name and the email address used for the purchase.
- The purchase receipt or transaction ID.
- A clear, detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund, referencing the specific eligibility criteria (e.g., describing the unresolvable bug or the specific misrepresentation).
4. Refund Processing
Once a request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (processed via Creem or other third-party payment services). The time it takes for the funds to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your payment provider. Upon refund, your license to the Product will be revoked.
